Open office hours for real-time situational coaching and support (the most effective way to make leadership skills stick)

A capstone project tied to a real business initiative (more on this below)

What is the "Capstone Project?"

This is what separates this program from others - and where your ROI becomes visible and leadership skills are best learned and applied.

Each participant will decide on a capstone project to complete over the course of the 6 months. I coach them to determine what would be most valuable to the business, along with “pitching” the project to you, and how to get buy-in from other key stakeholders.
